The Role: IT Recruitment Consultant
We’re growing our presence in the IT sector and are looking for a IT Recruitment Consultant to take full ownership of this exciting and fast-paced area of the business. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced consultant to lead from the front driving new client partnerships, building strong candidate networks, and shaping the future of our IT division.
You’ll have the autonomy to run your desk independently, make strategic decisions, and bring your vision to life while being fully supported by a collaborative and ambitious wider team. Key Responsibilities:
IT Client Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with IT clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that align with their goals.
Talent Sourcing: Identify, engage, and qualify high-quality IT candidates across a range of roles and specialisms, ensuring the perfect fit for both clients and candidates.
Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of trends in IT recruitment and emerging technologies, offering clients valuable market insights and strategic guidance.
Process Ownership: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from end to end, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for both clients and candidates.
Team Collaboration: While owning the IT desk, you’ll still work closely with the wider team sharing knowledge, supporting each other, and celebrating wins together.
